Key Duties:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and architectural plans
  • Precisely cut and shape lumber into structural components
  • Build framing using various fastening techniques
  • Ensure finished products meet codes and specifications
  • Maintain organized, clean and safe jobsites
  • Troubleshoot issues and make necessary repairs

Essential Skills:

  • Mastery of blueprint reading
  • Expertise in measuring, cutting and shaping wood
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Exceptional multi-tasking in fast-paced settings
