Job Responsibilities and Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Construct exterior walls and roofs.
- Create stairwells for residential structures.
- Perform roughing tasks for interior walls and floors.
- Handle tasks related to windows, trim, and soffits.
- Contribute to the installation of cabinetry and doors.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in interpreting complex blueprints and plans.
- Precision in measuring, cutting, and shaping wood.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking abilities.
- Proven capability to excel in fast-paced environments.
- Exhibit a strong sense of dedication and work ethic.
- Display an eagerness to learn and embrace new challenges.
Educational Requirements:
- Possess a High School diploma or GED.
