Job Requirements and Responsibilities

Baseline Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and plans and analyze them.
- Measure, cut, and shape lumber to create a variety of structural components.
- Using nails, screws, and fasteners, assemble the framework.
- Check that the finished work adheres to the original specifications and aligns with building standards and regulations.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized job site and properly dispose of waste.
- Troubleshoot any issues and make any necessary fixes or modifications.
Skills:
- Proficiency in reading blueprints.
- Ability to measure, cut and shape wood.
- Critical thinking.
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn new things.
