- Review and implement blueprints and architectural designs.
- Shape wood into structural elements with accuracy and proficiency.
- Build frameworks using securing techniques.
- Verify the final product meets exact specifications, rigorous building codes and specific standards.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness on-site, disposing of waste properly.
- Showcase strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make repairs or modifications as needed.

- Expertise in blueprint interpretation.
- Accuracy and skill in measuring, cutting and shaping wood.
- Robust critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional multitasking in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
